You may use Shop Mitra to create a business profile, publish a product catalog, manage orders, view business insights, and share your storefront link.

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the products, prices, images, offers, and policies you publish.

You must not use the service for illegal products or services, misleading listings, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, harassment, or activity that harms the platform or other users.

You must not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, scrape data without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

Shop Mitra provides software tools for storefronts and order management. The shop owner remains the seller of record for products and services sold through their storefront unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Shop owners are responsible for product quality, pricing, inventory, delivery, taxes, invoices, customer support, returns, refunds, and legal compliance for their business.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment partners. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Paid plans, feature limits, trial periods, and billing cycles are shown during signup, checkout, or account management.

We may update features, pricing, plan limits, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop Mitra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
